Most of those collapses aren’t caused by the house or the money. They happen because a chain is a row of strangers who can’t see each other: one link stalls quietly, nobody spots it in time, and everyone’s move breaks.

My Proper Home puts the whole chain on one screen — every link, every task, every document, live — and watches it for the hold-ups people miss. It’s free for everyone in the chain: buyers, sellers, and the agents who list. A chain only works if every link can join, so we’ll never charge any of them. We earn from the trades movers book after completion — never from the move itself.

Our story

My Proper Home was born from our own move: a purchase that took nearly a year during the COVID era, stuck in a chain nobody could see into. That frustration became this product — the app we wished we’d had.
